RWS Mobile App is a Mobile App companion application for the RetailWhizz ecosystem. It is intended for authorized users of businesses that use RetailWhizz products and services.

Access to RWS Mobile App is controlled by the relevant organization and/or RetailWhizz based on the applicable license, user authorization, and assigned permissions.

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected or processed through RWS Mobile App, how that information is used, and how users can contact us regarding privacy-related matters.

1. About RWS Mobile App

RWS Mobile App provides authorized users with Mobile App access to selected retail operations, business information, reports, insights, and other capabilities available through the RetailWhizz ecosystem.

The availability of specific features and information depends on the user’s organization’s RetailWhizz configuration, subscription/license, and assigned permissions.

RWS Mobile App does not provide public self-registration. Users cannot independently create an account through the App. Access is provided only to authorized users by their organization and/or RetailWhizz.

2. Information We May Process

Depending on your organization’s RetailWhizz configuration and the features you use, RWS Mobile App may process the following categories of information.

A. Account and Authentication Information

This may include:

• User name
• Login credentials or authentication information
• Organization/company information
• User ID or employee/user identifier
• Role, designation, or access permissions
• Account status
• Authentication and access-related information

B. Business and Retail Information

Depending on your assigned permissions, RWS Mobile App may provide access to information from your organization’s RetailWhizz system, which may include:

• Store and branch information
• Product and inventory information
• Sales and transaction-related information
• Purchase information
• Customer or loyalty-related information, where enabled
• Supplier information
• Business reports and dashboards
• Operational information

• Other retail data configured and authorized by your organization

The type and extent of information available to a particular user are controlled by the organization’s RetailWhizz configuration and the user’s assigned permissions.

To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the App, certain technical information may be processed, which may include:

• App version

• Device identifiers, where applicable
• Network information
• Log information

The actual information collected depends on the technical configuration of the App and the services supporting it.

Where your access to RWS Mobile App is provided through your employer, business, or another organization using RetailWhizz services, that organization may control the business information that you can access through the App.

• Which users are authorized to access RWS Mobile App
• Which stores, branches, or business data a user can access
• Which features are available
• User roles and permissions
• How business information is managed within the organization’s RetailWhizz environment

5. Sharing of Information

RetailWhizz does not sell your personal information.

Information may be shared or made available only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and support RetailWhizz services, including with:

• Your organization or authorized administrators
• Service providers supporting hosting, infrastructure, security, analytics, technical operations, or customer support
• Professional advisers where reasonably necessary
• Government authorities or other parties where required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or lawful request
• Other parties where necessary to protect the rights, safety, security, or property of RetailWhizz, its customers, users, or the public

RWS Mobile App does not offer public account registration.

Users receive access through an authorized organization and/or RetailWhizz. User access may be created, modified, suspended, or deactivated by the organization’s authorized administrator or RetailWhizz, as applicable.

9. Account Deletion and Personal Information Requests

Because RWS Mobile App accounts are organization-managed, users cannot delete their accounts directly from the App.

When submitting a request, please provide sufficient information for us to identify your account and organization. We may need to verify the request before taking action.

Certain information may need to be retained where required for legitimate business purposes, security, legal, regulatory, accounting, contractual, or other applicable requirements.

10. Children’s Privacy

RWS Mobile App is a business application intended for authorized users of organizations using RetailWhizz services.

The App is not intended for children to independently create or maintain accounts. We do not knowingly provide public account registration for children through RWS Mobile App.
